Can I cancel or change my order?

After your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Please get in touch with me via email to make a change or cancellation.

Return + Exchange Policy?

Currently, I do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please know your ring size or necklace/chain size before ordering! I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Do you offer repairs?

My pieces are built to last, if something has a defect that was out of your control such as a clasp breaking, I will always fix it for free for you. If you happened to drop your necklace, and the stone cracked, that is on you and I cannot fix pieces like that for free. If anything happens, please feel free to reach out! We can discuss the options and pricing for the repairs. I do NOT perform any repairs on pieces that are NOT made by me. 

Will my jewelry tarnish?

All fine metals tarnish with time; brass will tarnish quickest, then sterling, and 14k gold can last years. I recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom) and inside a jewelry box. Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces, I recommend buffing them with a polishing cloth. If you need to clean your piece, please be careful with the stones- as you don't want soap and water to touch the stone(s) (as it may change in color or dull the shine) and wash the metal and dry it with scratch-free cloth.

Will my finger turn green?

This all depends on your skin chemistry. I use sterling silver and 14k gold fill, these are high-quality metals that will not irritate; unless you have an existing metal allergy to those specific metals. 

What if I lost one earring?

This poses a problem because the stones I have are all uniquely different and it is almost impossible for me to find a matching stone for the lost earring. Unless it is made without stones, then please email me and I can create a half order for you; you will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings.
